While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are brilliant, the Pizzaioli is our most authentic model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor. Our best-selling Pizzaioli models,  and the Buena Ventura are the most traditional looking of our wood-fired pizza ovens.  But these ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and it’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more!

All of our ovens are AUTHENTIC BRICK not CLAY!  Be careful of this when shopping oven brands- there IS A DIFFERENCE.  Our ovens are HANDMADE in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of authentic fire brick and mortar, which is then covered with a thick layer of OUR OWN INTERNATIONAL PATENT of Rockwool Insulation that is secured with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement. 

Premium Hardware: This Pizzaioli Premium has a traditional terracotta brick facade with a black NON RUST CAST ALUMINUM door, chimney cavity, and chimney. The door has a peep-through high heat window viewing pane.

Best purchase ever.

I just celebrated 30 years in business and we decided to purchase a brick pizza oven. I researched all the major manufactures over the last year for quality, pricing and customer service. I decided that Authentic Pizza Ovens would be the best for our family. I started constructing my pizza oven stand in March of 2023, we finally finished the stand last month and decided to take the plunge and purchase the oven. We bought the Pizzaioli Premium Pizza Oven a few weeks ago. As soon as I made the purchase, I received several emails from Amber at Authentic Pizza Ovens thanking me and to keep me updated on shipping and a timeframe when I would receive the oven. She was great and very attentive. The shipping company was also great. I received the oven earlier this week and we were able to get the oven on my stand today, It took us about 3 hours with many family members and friends but we completed the installation. The oven is fired up and curing as we speak, I hope to have my first pizza Thanksgiving morning. Again, thanks to Authentic Pizza Ovens and Amber for the purchase. Love my Authentic Pizza Oven

I chose the Pizzaioli because I thought it was the most iconic looking and the terracotta matched my backyard the best. I love the shape and how the door comes down. I got the premium one because I live near the ocean and thought it was better for rust prevention. We use our oven so much and it's become a focal point in our yard. Just downloaded the recipe book because we're expanding our recipes and cooking skills. SO FUN. Thank you to Amber for your help and sorry for all the questions but you were great.

Love my Authentic Pizza Oven

I chose the Pizzaioli because I thought it was the most iconic looking and the terracotta matched my backyard the best. I love the shape and how the door comes down. I got the premium one because I live near the ocean and thought it was better for rust prevention. We use our oven so much and it's become a focal point in our yard. Just downloaded the recipe book because we're expanding our recipes and cooking skills. SO FUN. Thank you to Amber for your help and sorry for all the questions but you were great.
