I recently was able to purchase a Maximus Prime oven from a friend that could no longer use it. Barely able to read the fading, peeling sticker on the side of the oven, I googled it and found Authentic Pizza Ovens Company. I emailed them questions regarding the operation of the oven and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response back from Amber the very next day with extensive information on how to use it and links to documentation. Having a background working for a brick oven pizzeria company when I was younger, on our first day of use with the oven, I baked a small loaf of bread, roasted four different types of vegetables and made 10 pizzas that night. The following day we put a flat griddle inside the oven and seared three 2-in thick boneless ribeye steaks. The oven quality is excellent and customer service is second to none. It has added a whole new level to our outdoor entrainment area. We love cooking for friends and family. Try different foods other than just pizzas has been the most fun. But we do love pizzas. Ordered a Maximus and within a day or two Amber contacted me with shipping info. The next day she informed me of a day’s shipping delay. She kept me updated of my oven’s progress until it arrived at the house. Set the oven up, followed their seasoning instructions and later that day turned out a couple of fantastic pies. Looking forward to years of cooking in this oven. Customer service is FANTASTIC.
Amber was a pleasure to work with. The oven is beautiful. I just lit first firing curing. Holds heat extremely well. I’m looking forward to making pizza and many different dishes. Focaccia, pizza thyme chicken just to name a few.. I love the oven and the communication

What an amazing pizza oven! We bought the Lisboa with the stone arch and it looks beautiful next to our outdoor fireplace! Pizzas are amazing and we've tried some of the recipes and can't get enough of them! I bought the rotisserie attachment and have used it to roast whole fryers! Amazing!!!! The whole experience has been great but have a plan because these ovens are not light. So plan your placement and how you will move it. The company does a great job with the shipment!

We purchased a Maximus wood fired oven from Authentic Pizza Ovens and really love it. It is a well built, solid oven that is the right size for our family meals and gatherings on the patio. The oven was shipped from Arizona to rural Vermont in about a week (free shipping!) without problems. I have been tempted to build a brick/concrete oven for years, but this style of oven seems like a better choice for preparing pizzas and breads for the family. It was easy to set in place and fire up. I know we will enjoy using this oven for many meals.
We have just purchased Lisbon Pizza oven. Penny at Authentic Pizza Ovens was so helpful on the phone and during a visit to the showroom. Having lived in Italy for several years we had wanted to make pizza as we remembered it and intended to build our own oven. But age and time prohibited this so we found this oven online. We were unsure about installing it but Penny alleviated all our fears. It was delivered yesterday and we hope it will be installed soon and pizza will once again be our favorite fare. We have a large family, all with Neapolitan pizza memories, as Penny said "it will become a memory builder again". Thank you Penny! We'll send photos when it is ready.
