Most pizza oven enthusiasts prefer the old world traditional wood fired cooking. However, if you're wanting a bit of a booster or a non wood day, all of our ovens can be ordered.

All of our traditional ovens can be special ordered hybrid capable of being used with our recommended Vamparossa Gas Burners.
