Woodfired Fish


Your favorite fish!
Lemon and/or lime
Olive oil
Fresh herbs (whatever you have in the garden; parsley, dill, sage, and rosemary. Or, whatever you like)
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic!


1. Heat your wood-fired pizza oven to between 400 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit / 204-260 degrees Celsius.

2. Lay fish on a good size piece of tin foil.

3. Fill the fish with the lemon, lime, and herbs and sprinkle lots of olive oil over it.

4. Wrap stuffed fish and place it in your hot oven. By wrapping it in foil the fish will be steamed in its own juices and the flavors won’t ‘escape’. Now patience…. drink some wine and relax!

5. 55 minutes…Use oven gloves and remove from the wood fire oven. Unwrap and serve with your favorite sides- DELISH!

Rotisserie Steak and Vegetables

You can cook either your vegetables or steak on the 
Rotisserie Spit, and you can use your featured Portuguese ceramic dish that comes with your oven to roast your veggies, and even catch the juicy drippings from your steak!


Your favorite selection of steak
Your favorite vegetables
Olive Oil
Fresh herbs (whatever you have in the garden; parsley, dill, sage, and rosemary. Or, whatever you like)
Salt and Pepper


1. Heat your wood-fired oven to between 450 and 600 degrees Fahrenheit / 230 and 315 degree Celsius.

2. Prepare your vegetables, toss them in olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

3. Season your steak to your preference and place it on the rotisserie spit, then insert the spit inside your oven.

4. Place the dish of vegetables away from the direct flame of the fire and either underneath the steak or to the side.

5. Cook until finished, garnish, and serve.


Your Choice of Woodfired Pizza


Pizza dough (Your favorite homemade dough recipe or even pre-made dough is fine)
Your choice of sauce
Your choice of cheese
Your choice of toppings


1. Heat your wood-fired oven to between 500 and 600 degrees Fahrenheit / 260 and 315 degrees Celsius (The temperature varies depending on the type of pizza you are making).

2. Sprinkle flour on the surface you are using for your pizza dough and roll your dough out to the desired size.

3. Spread your sauce on the dough leaving at least 1" around the edges for your crust.

4. Sprinkle your choice of cheese then garnish with your desired toppings.

5. Place the pizza directly on the firebrick of your oven and cook rotating the pizza halfway through to achieve perfectly charred edges around your crust.

6. Pizza cooks in as little as 3 minutes, so keep an eye on it! Once it is finished, remove your pizza and ENJOY!
